Should the product you have purchased is faulty, damaged, or defective, we will happily refund the value of the product using your original payment method or offer a voucher of an equivalent amount. We reserve the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid reason and a picture of the product on whatsapp and notify us within 4-6 hours of delivery. The staff member handling your request will advise you on further actions. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please send us a complaint in time! We are not able to credit or replace any items on complaints made after 6 hours of receiving delivery.
